Job Description As a Care Professional your client visits may consist of: · Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation · Help with medications and self-care · Companionship · Accompanying your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops · Helping your client get ready in the morning, or with their night time routine A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is necessary due to the location in which some of our clients live. Additional information What we provide: One hour minimum visits with clients to foster relationship-led care - complete tasks without rushing and get to know your clients.
