Construction Labourer- (Contractor position) Avon Ruby is a family-run Building company specialising in refurbishments, renovations, and Reactive emergency works. We are looking for someone with the right skill set to join our small team to work with in our Project division as a general construction labourer Main Responsibilities General Labouring Site clearance and general tidying Collecting and delivering materials to sites Moving materials Assisting with deliveries Assisting the site management team- Cleaning communal facilities Correspondence: Liaising with the Office team to ensure effective communication Candidate Requirements The ability to perform physical manual labour Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills Team player with the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment Time management skills with the ability to focus, organise and prioritise workload Ability to problem solve Ability to work confidently in high-end properties Ability to work with initiative DBS check (Should you not hold one, and if successful, we shall apply on your behalf before confirming an offer for this position) Qualifications and Experience *PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU MATCH THE BELOW* Essential The ability to perform physical manual labouring duties Hold a full UK manual driving Licence (Min requirement on licence- Class B-Able to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle) Be confident driving and working in and around London Strong Customer service skills (Customer facing skills) Ability to work under pressure Ability to manage own workload A punctual timekeeper Willingness to undertake work and serve our clients in a great manner Minimum of 2 years labouring experience Desirable CSCS Card Benefits: Company vehicle (When/where required) Company Uniform provided PLEASE NOTE: Should you be successful, a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check shall be required Application deadline: ASAP - (imminent start) Job Type: Contractor position Salary: Up to £150 Per day (Dependent on experience) Location: Greenford- (Working within a 10 mile radius from this location)
