Overview: The Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing data, developing insightful dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities & Skills Report Design & Delivery Advanced experience translating stakeholder requirements into intuitive, accessible dashboards and reports that enable self-service data exploration. Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX and Excel to develop data models and create efficient, optimised and scalable reports and visualisations. Ability to design dashboards that clearly communicate complex data and insights to a range of stakeholders. Data Analysis & Synthesis Strong experience integrating multiple data sources into a conformed data model for analysis. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Query and M . Experience in data cleansing, transformation and preparation for reporting and analysis. Statistical Analysis & Techniques Proven experience applying a broad range of statistical techniques to support data-driven decision-making. Strong understanding of averages, standard deviation, correlation, regression and statistical significance testing . Ability to interpret statistical results and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical Understanding of Dash boarding Products Experience monitoring emerging technologies and assessing their potential application to dashboard and data visualisation products. Ability to provide recommendations on tools and technologies that can improve reporting and data visualisation capabilities.
