Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
£30,000 pro rata (£18,000 for the 3 days)
The Opportunity
Our client is a highly regarded professional services organisation seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.
This is a front-of-house role within a fast-paced, client-focused environment where exceptional service standards are paramount. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Reception
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and callersDeliver a professional, welcoming and efficient reception service at all timesManage incoming calls and ensure messages are communicated promptly and accuratelyMaintain high standards across reception and client-facing areasMonitor meeting and conference room usage to ensure rooms are prepared and presented to a high standardCoordinate and support video conferencing and meeting technologyConduct regular checks of reception and meeting spaces to ensure they remain clean, tidy and professional
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to the Office Manager and wider teamComplete a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks accurately and efficientlyUpdate internal contact databases and systemsArrange couriers, taxis and other logistical requirements as neededAssist with managing deliveries and coordinating with building servicesSupport the planning and delivery of internal and external events
Team Support
As part of a small and collaborative team, the successful candidate will be expected to assist with additional duties where required and contribute to the smooth running of the wider office

Previous reception, front-of-house or customer-facing experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProfessional, confident and approachable mannerStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyA customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding serviceCompetent with Microsoft Office and general office technologyExperience using video conferencing platforms and meeting room technology would be advantageous
