Support Worker

You will receive bespoke training and development opportunities. 100% of our management team in Northumberland began their career with Turning Point as a support worker. Please note that experience in the mental health sector is essential. Some of our service users demonstrate challenging behaviours as part of there ongoing mental health recovery. This can manifest in extreme cases as self harm and emotional instability. Therefore the right candidate will need to possess a deep level of empathy, understanding and patience.
