Impactful Support: Work alongside specialised class teachers to guide pupils through their sensory, academic, and emotional schedules. Diverse Experiences: No two days are the same. What We Are Looking For:A patient, nurturing, and robust nature-specialist environments require high emotional resilience and a calm demeanour. Experience supporting children or adults with additional needs (experience with non-verbal communication, sensory processing, or de-escalation strategies is highly valued). Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with school therapists and teachers. An adaptable mindset, ready to dive into different classrooms and quickly build a safe rapport with pupils.
