Axcis Education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a local school, supporting children in EYFS. This is starting in September, with the view of continuing through the academic year and is based in Bromsgrove.

About the Role
This is a full-time Teaching Assistant position, working Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm).
Pay rate: £14.25 per hour
You will:
• Support children in EYFS, who are four years old
• Work with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Provide personalised, one-to-one support
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with students
• Help create a calm and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
• A passion for supporting young people
• Experience using verbal, visual and concrete resources to communicate
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
• Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm)
