We are looking for a caring, skilled and enthusiastic Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will be someone who notices when a child needs encouragement, knows how to remove barriers to learning and takes pride in helping children become increasingly confident and independent. About the Role The successful candidate will work predominantly in KS2, working alongside teachers to support high-quality learning within the classroom. They will adapt support to meet children’s individual needs and deliver targeted learning activities for individuals and small groups, including children with SEND or additional needs. This is a practical and rewarding role in which relationships matter. The successful candidate will help children engage positively with learning, develop their confidence and become more independent. The role may occasionally include leading planned learning activities for groups or classes. Any whole-class cover will be clearly defined and based on learning planned by a teacher.
