We are currently recruiting for a community support workers to support our customers in Bury, Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton and Bolton. Tasks will include medication administration, proving personal care, social support to access the community or social groups, assistance with daily living skills, offering assistance to access appointments and the community, help with shopping, light cooking and meal prepping and cleaning and companionship. Keep up to date with bills and finances and more importantly get involved and have fun and make a positive difference to our customers day.
You don't have to have qualifications to work with us but the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months community care experience in a community setting.
Driver essential.
Contract will be for 16-32 hours per week.
This role will include morning, evenings and weekends on a rolling rota basis. We also have a vacancy for evening and weekends starting from 3:30pm on weekdays.
We work together with you to offer a work-life balance that supports our customer's needs and our staff needs too. With a six week rolling rota, you will have plenty of notice about when you are working!
We offer training, mentoring, shadowing and ongoing training and development throughout you career.
