We have an exciting opportunity for a Enablement Support Worker with one of the country's biggest and most diverse Local Authorities. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the KEaH Thanet Enablement Team. With an Office based at St Peters House, Broadstairs covering Ramsgate, Margate, Birchington and surrounding areas. The Kent Enablement at Home service is one of the leaders in its field. Enablement is all about taking an individual on a journey to independence or reducing the long-term care needs. This would be though planned support with aspects of daily living including personal care, whilst working for and alongside a structured team to include the Enablement Locality Organiser, Enablement Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapist and various multi agency partners in KCC and health.
