Key Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic care and support to residents with Autism and complex needs Observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately Assist individuals through their care pathway to promote independence Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty Work collaboratively with a team of multi-professionals to deliver personalised care Requirements: Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care setting Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one Right to work in the UK Full UK driving licence Ability to pay for practical training (PBM, Manual Handling, Buccal) if not already completed Willingness to complete online training (at no cost) This role as an Adult Learning Disability Support Worker in Cardiff offers excellent pay, weekly wages, and a variety of shifts including days, nights, sleeps, and short or long shifts.
