Primary School Teacher £140–£230 per day | Full-time & Part-time available Do you want to teach in a school that shares your values? Aspira Education is looking for qualified Primary Teachers to join schools within and around Boston, Lincolnshire with immediate starts available. Whether you’re newly qualified or bringing years of experience, we’ll match you with the right environment, one that values stability, pupil progress, and quality teaching over quick fixes. You’ll be supported by a team that understands both the classroom and the recruitment process, and who will champion you from your first day to your last. About the Role As a Primary Teacher through Aspira, you’ll: Teach a class of pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preference and experience Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that promote curiosity and confidence Maintain a calm, consistent classroom with strong routines and clear boundaries Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and subject leaders to support diverse learners Be part of a school where your input, wellbeing, and development matter What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong behaviour management and the ability to create a nurturing learning environment Experience in UK primary settings (placements accepted for ECTs) Confidence in delivering the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 A genuine passion for education, inclusion, and child development What You’ll Get £140–£230 per day, paid weekly Free access to CPD-accredited training through the Aspira Training Academy Opportunities to explore mainstream, SEMH, and specialist school settings Ongoing support from a qualified SEND teacher and experienced education recruiter A values-driven agency that puts safeguarding, consistency, and staff wellbeing first Safeguarding Commitment Aspira Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
