Our successful Church of England School is looking for a passionate, reflective practitioner who has a positive attitude to join our well-established provision team. The provision caters for a group of children with complex communication and interaction needs from Reception to KS2. As a key professional for the resourced provision for communication and interaction needs, the post holder will work with pupils on an individual basis and within groups both in the resourced provision and when the pupils join their mainstream peers. The successful candidate will also work in partnership with parents/carers and families as well as other professionals in order to maximise outcomes for pupils. Leaders in school take a ‘common sense’ approach to workload and work alongside staff to ensure that everything we do has an impact on pupils’ progress.
