Job description

We are looking for organised and dynamic Administrators to join our Allied Health Professional Administration Team in Oldham. The role will involve providing a high quality and comprehensive secretarial/administrative service to support several of our clinical teams, potentially at more than one base. The role include the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems. Providing administrative support for musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy services. The role includes making and receiving calls to coordinate effective running of the busy outpatient clinics. Referrals come from a number of sources, including self-referral and need to be efficiently processed to maintain well-organised running of clinics which take place at a number of sites. The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external contacts using a variety of methods. You will also ensure that the highest standards are maintained in line with the Trust’s policies and procedures. Collate, input and extract data using NHS systems.Handling sensitive and confidential information in line with the Trust’s Data Protection and Governance policies and procedures. To work as part of the team, relating and interacting effectively with colleagues at all levels, from a number of clinical teams.
