Great career progression opportunitiesSupportive Team About Our Client This role is within the industrial and manufacturing sector, located in Wembley Job Description Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.Assist with month-end and year-end reporting tasks.Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in financial data.Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Assistant should have: Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role.A good understanding of financial processes and systems.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Must want to progress with their ACCA studies. Early studiers encouraged to apply.
