You'll work with and learn from the smartest people in the industry and have a blast doing it.Role Overview We are looking for a full-time Accounts Assistant reporting into the Finance Manager and working alongside the Finance Director to ensure the smooth running of finance processes. You will be a task focused individual who is willing to adapt and push process improvements. Our London office is based in Farringdon with a hybrid office-based and home working policy currently in place. About the RoleManagement of the accounts payable process, including capturing invoices into Xero and managing the authorisation processSetting the weekly payment run to suppliersMaintaining accurate supplier and client records. Bank ReconciliationsProcessing employee expenses to meet payroll deadlinesPrinciple point of contact for suppliers and clientsIssuing client statements and following up on outstanding receivablesAssisting with month-end journals such as depreciation, prepayments and accruals Reviewing and recording corporate credit card transactionsDesired Experience and SkillsExperience with AP/AR processesStrong attention to detailGood people & communication skillsHighly organisedProblem-solving and analytical skillsGood excel skillsComfortable communicating internally with employees and externally with 3rd partiesExperience with Xero desirable but not essential Salary Our compensation strategy is designed to attract, reward, and retain the talented employees that drive Kepler's growth and success. We aim to offer competitive direct compensation that demonstrates the value we place on our employees and their well-being. This role offers a salary of £28,000 per annum. Benefits25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days after 3 years.
