In this role, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they're delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. Working within a fast-paced framework environment, you'll lead projects from initial mobilisation through to successful completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, and driving delivery excellence every step of the way. While this role offers flexibility, you'll be required to attend our Coventry office monthly to collaborate with colleagues and support project delivery. What will you be doing? As our Project Manager, you'll: Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecoms and IT projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and providing clear, regular updates. Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies. What you’ll bring You'll be an organised and delivery-focused Project Manager with experience successfully leading telecoms, IT, or infrastructure projects from inception through to completion. You'll have a recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or equivalent, alongside strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills. You'll be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You'll bring commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets, forecasting, reporting, risks, dependencies, and change control processes. Comfortable working with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary delivery teams, you'll be a strong communicator who can build trusted relationships and keep stakeholders aligned. You’ll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters. Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? You will gland and terminate cable systems to BS 7671, working confidently from supplied drawings. Engagement with operational teams daily to ensure work progresses according to programme schedules. Produce, maintain, and brief SHEQ documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to meet daily productivity targets. Support SHEQ initiatives including toolbox talks, quality assurance, and liaison with the clients Conduct regular van and onsite audits for all teams to ensure compliance and standards are met. Supervise teams to prevent Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and Section 74 fines. Ensure all operatives are trained, competent, and have up-to-date qualifications. Deliver inductions and team meetings (stand-downs) to maintain communication and safety awareness. Support the management and planning teams with operational insights and updates. Maintain accurate productivity trackers and site performance statistics. Coordinate procurement activities with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Promote a positive and respectful approach when dealing with customers and members of the public. Reporting into the Senior Management Accountant, the Management Accountant will work closely with the business and senior finance community to assist with the development of financial forecasts across our Rail division. This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to be in the Warwick HQ on a weekly basis. What you’ll do: Ensuring clear and concise analysis and reporting of the results for the responsible project, projects or central functions (actual and forecast). Assisting senior finance team to drive actions to ensure forecasts are achieved Working in collaboration with the senior finance team/project manager and/or central function, providing clear and concise analysis as required to enable the business to make effective decisions Assist with the development of forecasts for the business area, measure & report on progress (across cash, P&L and balance sheet) Preparation of accurate and meaningful historic analysis by project and cost centre (month end results, KPI’s, comparison of actuals to forecasts/budget across Cash, P&L and BS) Management of any direct reports Ensure contract reviews conducted for projects within your responsibility – working with the operations team to ensure contracts accurately reported, assisting with the scrutinising of financial results and challenging the business Who you are: You bring proven accounting experience from working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
